Welcome to the New Agent Onboarding School. This presentation covers everything you need to know about the GFI opportunity — our credibility, what we do for clients, the compensation structure, the path to agency ownership, and how field training works.

Your path to agency ownership follows 5 clear phases: Phase 1 — Go through the client experience, start the promotion process, get licensed. Phase 2 — Field training and promotion to net license. Phase 3 — Become a Certified Field Trainer. Phase 4 — Become a Marketing Director and earn your $50,000 watch. Phase 5 — Earn your $100,000 ring and become an Executive Marketing Director.
In a traditional job, they start you off being paid more than you deserve — but as your value increases, your pay does not. As a GFI Agency Owner, there is little to no profit in the beginning — but as your value increases, so does your pay, and all profits go to you. This is the fundamental difference between being an employee and building something you own.
The financial services industry is a $109 trillion market — almost larger than real estate ($33T) and retail ($26T) combined, and then doubled. This is the largest industry in the world, and it needs more licensed professionals to serve the growing demand.
Between 1946 and 1964, approximately 78 million Baby Boomers were born. They accumulated roughly $84 trillion in wealth — the largest wealth transfer in history. By December 31, 2030, the last Baby Boomer turns 65. As Boomers moved through life stages — baby food, toys, fast food, cars, real estate — they are now entering retirement. Families need licensed professionals to guide them.
Agency growth is measured in Points (net annual revenue). 1 license = 30,000 points per year. Add 10 licensed agents = 300,000 points. At a 35% average spread, that is an additional $105,000 in override income over 12 months. Every 10 new licenses = $105,000 income increase. Do that every month for a year: $1,260,000/year overriding your agency.
Five reasons agents choose to build: 1) To supply the demand — the industry is shrinking but the need is growing. 2) To change lives and impact different markets. 3) Passive income — earning income without being there. 4) Promotions into leadership levels. 5) To grow their licensed field force.
Which client acquisition strategy sounds best? Door knocking, flyers, paying for leads, paying for ads, paying for commercials — or FREE warm and hot market referrals? At GFI, our primary strategy starts with warm market referrals — sustainable, low-cost, high-trust.
Clients come from five sources: Self-acquisition from your personal network, leads provided once you are trained and equipped, referrals from satisfied clients, lead generation campaigns, and your initial 10 field training appointments.
Field training is a 30 to 45 minute Zoom with 10 people you know in order to share what you are doing in your new career path. It is the foundation of how you learn the business, build your network, and start generating real client conversations.
Five reasons: 1) To teach you how to help families. 2) To build you a strong support system. 3) To build you a strong referral source. 4) To answer any questions your network might have. 5) To rebrand yourself to those who know you as a licensed financial professional. We build you an agency so you have people to go field train.
Five non-negotiables: 1) Make the upfront decision to not give up. 2) Develop mental toughness. 3) Fall in love with building an agency. 4) Never miss a meeting. 5) Be intentional about personal development.
Just like a McDonald's franchise needs a team to operate, you need a team to build your agency. Could you run a McDonald's on your own? No — you need a team. The same applies here. Would you want to run your agency alone, or would you rather have a team to help you? The GFI model is built on teamwork. Together we can accomplish what none of us could do individually.
The formula: Monthly Premium × 12 = Annual Premium (Points), then Points × Agent Level = Personal Compensation. For a $500/month client: Representative (30%) = $1,800, Associate (45%) = $2,700, Senior Associate (50%) = $3,000, Marketing Director (60%) = $3,600, Executive Marketing Director (85%) = $5,100.
At the Executive Marketing Director level: help 1 household per week save $500/month = $5,100/week = $265,000/year personal income. Build a team of 6 Associates each doing the same = $14,400/week = $748,800/year agency income. Total: $84,483/month | $1,013,800/year. Hypothetical for illustrative purposes.
You only need to learn 5 things to succeed: 1) The agent onboarding process, 2) Our system, 3) The client presentation, 4) 3 skills (people skills, sales skills, leadership), and 5) Our 5 main products. We will help you every step of the way.
Thank you for going through Onboarding School. You now have the foundation — credibility, compensation, products, field training, and agency model. Continue to the next lesson to begin your Orientation Class.
