There are 4 ways to produce income. The wealthiest families have moved from linear income (left side — trading time for money as an employee or self-employed) to leveraged and residual income (right side — business ownership and investing). Our goal is to show you how to transition from the left side to the right side.
This is completely normal anytime you start something new. Stage 1: Awkward (1st 30 days) — everything feels new and uncomfortable. Stage 2: Mechanical (2nd 30 days) — you know the motions but it takes conscious effort. Stage 3: Natural (3rd 30 days) — it clicks, conversations flow, and confidence builds. Every successful agent went through all three stages.
The industry is getting smaller but demand is getting bigger. Between 1946 and 1964, 78 million Baby Boomers were born. They accumulated $84 trillion in wealth. By December 31, 2030, the last Boomer turns 65. This is the largest wealth transfer in history.
The current way is not working: 63% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck, 67% have never made a financial plan, 68% are not on track to retire, $182,100 is the average retirement balance for ages 60-69, 40% of divorces are due to financial problems, and 60% of Americans will be diagnosed with a stress-related illness. Families need our help.
The core products you will learn: IUL (Tax-Free Retirement Solution), Term Life with Living Benefits (Affordable Protection), Final Expense (Funeral/Life Expenses — 'Bridge Money Before Big Money'), Million Dollar Baby IUL (Child's Future / Debt Avoidance), and Fixed Indexed Annuity (Wealth Protection, Accumulation, Income For Life).
We will teach you to become effective with all three: 1) Field Training — become effective in a warm market. 2) Leads — become effective calling client leads. 3) Collecting Referrals — become effective gathering referrals from satisfied clients. All are great ways to help families.
Traditional Job: They start you off being paid more than your value. As your value increases, your pay does not keep up. There is a ceiling. GFI Agency Owner: Little profit in the beginning (you don't have a license yet). As your value increases, so does your pay. No ceiling — your income matches your impact. Build leveraged and residual income.
Formula: Monthly Premium × 12 = Annual Premium | Annual Premium × Agent Level = $$$. Examples at various levels — from Senior Associate (50%) through Marketing Director (60%) to Executive Marketing Director (85%). A $500/month client earns you $3,000 at SA, $3,600 at MD, or $5,100 at EMD level.
Formula: Premium Amount × 7.5% × Agent Level = $$$. A $250,000 annuity earns $9,375 at Senior Associate, $11,250 at Marketing Director, or $15,937 at EMD. A $1,000,000 case at EMD level = $63,750.
EMD Personal Income: Submit 5,000 points per week × 85% = $4,250 weekly = $221,000/year. Agency Income: Teach 10 agents to submit 5,000 points/week = 2,600,000 points/year × 35% = $910,000/year. Each agent earns $130,000/year at 50%. Total combined: $1,131,000/year.
